Thanks for checking on me

I am not dead yet.
· I haven’t ridden my bike since the Downeast weekend. I haven’t missed it either.
· I skied last weekend. It was freaking sweet.
· I pitted for my ever lovely wife last weekend. She did a Supaman, but didn’t need a bike.
· I have been working like a mad man. It seems to be paying off.
· I will be skiing the POW POW during cross nationals here. Should be sick.
· I have been trail running at night with some adventure athletes. It is rough on body.
· I am sick of racing my bike. I still read a ton of cycling related websites daily.
· If there is no snow to be skied this coming weekend. I might have to ride my bike.

Sager was sanctioned for missing a test. Ivan Basso gets to ride for Discovery. Seems like someone shuffled some paperwork.
